Salary/Year: $50,000

Case mix / number of cases: Endo: 2,200 cases per year. Surgery consists of: 1/3 anorectal; 1/3 pelvic floor disorders; and 1/3 colon.

Strengths of program: Laparoscopy, case mix & volume, up to date techniques, research.

Clinic or office experience: 100 patients per week; 1 day per month at a charity clinic.

Interaction with general surgery residents: None.

Conferences: M & M, journal club, chapter reviews, tumor board.

Anorectal physiology availability: Full lab including biofeedback & CMG.

Outside rotations: None.

Research year: None.

Requirement for paper: One original paper and one review paper.

Opportunity to attend meetings: Multiple, funded.
